Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person and phone customer service with a warm, professional demeanor
- Manage guest inquiries, bookings, and complaints with swift resolution
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain financial records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Maintain pristine facility standards and assist with event setup/teardown
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Available for consistent Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- 1+ years customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in high-energy environments
- Proficient with basic office technology and POS systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset under pressure
- Flexible schedule availability during peak weekend hours
- Valid Virginia ID and reliable transportation to Arlington location
