Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior staff
- Maintain organized product displays and inventory management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient with basic computer systems and POS technology
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
