Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer support at our downtown Cleveland service center
- Process transactions and resolve inquiries using our CRM system
- Assist with community outreach programs and local event coordination
- Maintain accurate documentation and report operational insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality
- Support inventory management and facility upkeep during weekend hours
- Participate in monthly weekend training sessions for skill development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students encouraged to apply)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
- Proficiency with basic office software and POS systems
- Strong communication skills with diverse community members
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends (Saturdays/Sundays)
