Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service with product expertise and solution-oriented support
- Process high-volume transactions accurately using our advanced POS system

- Collaborate with weekend team members to ensure seamless store operations

Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM shifts)
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and mobile technologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
