Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service with product knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Manage inventory counts, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store cleanliness and safety protocols
- Support promotional campaigns and upselling initiatives to drive sales
- Document daily operations and provide detailed shift handover reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Proficient with POS systems and basic inventory management software
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset under pressure
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
