Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person and phone customer service with a warm, professional demeanor
- Process reservations, inquiries, and payments using our proprietary hospitality software
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous venue presentation and cleanliness
- Support inventory management and weekend event coordination as needed
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or similar field preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
