Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service at our Fort Worth location
- Manage weekend appointment scheduling and walk-in inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
- Assist with weekend event coordination and community outreach
- Maintain organized workspace and inventory management
- Support weekend marketing initiatives and promotional activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office

- Flexibility with weekend availability (Saturdays/Sundays)
