Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate documentation of guest preferences and special requests
- Uphold brand standards in cleanliness, safety, and service excellence
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 11 PM)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient with digital reservation systems and MS Office
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if assisting with guest transportation)
- Basic first aid certification preferred
