Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service at our premium downtown location
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management
- Manage inventory and maintain store presentation standards
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless operations
- Assist with merchandising and visual merchandising tasks
- Adhere to all company policies and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling comfort
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
