Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person during peak weekend hours.
- Process incoming and outgoing orders with 100% accuracy and high efficiency.
- Assist in inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries with a professional and solution-oriented attitude.
- Collaborate effectively with the weekday team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track stock levels and update databases.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with no conflicts.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and basic data entry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive, can-do mindset.
