Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person support
- Process orders, returns, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
- Contribute to weekend sales initiatives and promotional campaigns
- Participate in bi-weekly team sync meetings for performance reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional local deliveries
