Responsibilities

- Process transactions accurately using our modern POS system while maintaining cash handling security

- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment during weekend operations
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the store manager
- Contribute to weekend sales goals through suggestive selling and upselling techniques
- Adhere to all company safety and operational procedures during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged to apply
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays) is mandatory
- Proficient with technology, including POS systems and mobile payment platforms
- Outstanding communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
