Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges with precision and empathy
- Resolve customer escalations using de-escalation techniques and problem-solving frameworks
- Collaborate with overnight logistics team to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM system
- Support inventory reconciliation and weekend shipment coordination
- Participate in weekend team huddles and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (7 AM - 3 PM or 11 AM - 7 PM)
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced weekend operations setting
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Valid driver's license (for occasional local deliveries)
