As a Weekend Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our diverse clientele, guiding them through our premium services and products. Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person during weekend hours (Sat-Sun)
- Manage appointment scheduling and client inquiries using our digital wellness platform
- Process transactions and maintain accurate client records with POS systems
- Support retail operations by stocking products and maintaining pristine showroom presentation
- Collaborate with weekend wellness practitioners to ensure seamless service delivery
- Resolve client concerns with empathy and solution-oriented communication
- Contribute to weekend inventory management and operational readiness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills and multilingual abilities (Spanish highly valued)
- Proficiency with digital scheduling tools and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environments with high client traffic
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid California driver's license (if local travel required)
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
