Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with 95% satisfaction rate
- Process orders, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve escalations within SLAs
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers to resolve complex product issues
- Maintain detailed CRM documentation and update ticketing systems
- Contribute to weekend process improvement initiatives
- Train on new product launches and feature updates
- Support weekend marketing campaigns with promotional tasks
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in tech or retail
- Exceptional communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced weekend environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work 12-hour weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8am-8pm)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
