Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-store customer service during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising during off-peak hours
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Maintain store appearance standards and safety compliance
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer service environment
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays, 10am-6pm)
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail technology
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environments
- Flexible schedule availability during holiday seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of fashion retail preferred
