Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service with product knowledge and troubleshooting
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling protocols
- Manage inventory restocking, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in weekend inventory audits and loss prevention procedures
- Train on new products and seasonal promotions to drive sales growth
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask efficiently
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
