Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Resolve complex technical inquiries for enterprise clients using proprietary CRM systems
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case histories in Salesforce
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure consistent service quality
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to SOP updates
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Participate in quarterly weekend team-building initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B customer service experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues remotely
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive-level clients
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms
- Weekend availability mandatory (Friday-Sunday, 8 AM - 6 PM)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- Spanish language fluency a significant plus
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration in remote teams
