- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior specialists
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution time and satisfaction
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-contact environments
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and ticketing systems
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced weekend operations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
