Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and requests efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Accurately enter and update customer information into our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot complex problems and share best practices.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call handling and resolution.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; equivalent work experience is considered.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we welcome entry-level candidates willing to learn.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to listen actively.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (40+ WPM).
- Must be available to work full weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office space are required for remote options.
