Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts.
- Resolve complex issues and escalations with empathy and efficiency to ensure first-call resolution.
- Accurately log customer interactions and transactions into the CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and documentation.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on support tickets to maintain high standards.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new support agents.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Communications preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Mandatory: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
