Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict adherence to company policies.
- Identify customer needs and suggest relevant products or services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience in customer service or retail preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability to work full-time hours, specifically on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
