- Update customer records and log interactions into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery updates.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection (required for remote roles).
