- Collaborate with the management team to achieve weekend sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Uphold company policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to work locations in NY and PA.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
