- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth weekend operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all shoppers.
- Upsell products and promote current promotions to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and solve problems.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance are mandatory.
- Ability to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday, on a consistent basis.
