Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Answer product inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to maintain store operations and visual standards.
- Handle customer complaints or issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves during slow periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and math skills.
