Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon arrival, answering inquiries about products and services.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Restock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations during peak weekend hours.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Assist with inventory management and stock room organization as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Chicago location.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
