Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Document all customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or support is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently and reliably.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be a resident of Los Angeles, CA.
