Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during weekend hours.
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to resolve delivery issues.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM database.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Assist in training new weekend staff members as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (full shifts).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
