Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in clients and incoming phone inquiries.
- Process sales transactions and returns accurately using our POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment during shifts.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints with patience and a problem-solving mindset.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily performance goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from Mesa, AZ.
