Responsibilities

- Transaction Handling: Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekday team to ensure seamless store operations during weekend peak hours.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or needs for replenishment.
- Brand Representation: Uphold company standards for appearance, behavior, and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance record.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and maneuver around the sales floor.
