Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and account troubleshooting.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure consistent service quality and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays as scheduled.
