Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a friendly and professional demeanor.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and offering effective solutions.
- Update customer information in the CRM system to ensure records are current and accurate.
- Collaborate with the support team to maintain high service standards and team targets.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization during peak weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work alternating weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with flexibility for shift start times.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy, typing skills, and ability to navigate web browsers.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and concisely.
- Attitude: Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Location: Must reside within the greater Illinois or Pennsylvania area.
