Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and returns processing.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Enter and update customer data accurately into the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure consistent service quality.
- Follow company scripts and guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and cross-sell services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
