Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and gift cards.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations based on needs.
- Maintain the sales floor, ensuring merchandise is organized, clean, and properly displayed.
- Restock inventory shelves and assist in inventory counts during slow periods.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a calm and effective manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No previous work experience is necessary; comprehensive training is provided.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
