Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly smile, providing a positive first impression.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Restock shelves and merchandise as needed throughout the weekend shift.
Qualifications
- No prior customer service experience is required; we provide full paid training.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent communication skills and a polite, professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
