Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service and product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining security protocols
- Manage inventory and merchandising standards during weekend operations
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store appearance and operational efficiency
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock replenishment processes
- Adhere to all safety compliance and company policies during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Available exclusively for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays) with immediate availability
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology POS systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset under pressure
- Valid Georgia driver's license (for occasional store transfers if needed)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
