Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, empathetic, and efficient customer support via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints while adhering to company policies and service level agreements.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the support team to maintain 100% weekend coverage and workflow efficiency.
- Document customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system for continuous improvement.
- Assist in training new hires on weekend protocols and system procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace to reflect our premium brand image.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays, on a rotating schedule.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
