Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming and organized store environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain high visual merchandising standards throughout the weekend shift.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer inquiries, process returns, and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
