Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering inquiries regarding inventory and pricing.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register, handling cash and card payments with precision.
- Help maintain the visual appeal of the store by stocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Ensure the sales floor remains clean, safe, and inviting for all visitors.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (equivalent work experience accepted).
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
