- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, visually appealing sales floor.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges with a focus on satisfaction and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales targets and operational goals.
- Assist in store opening and closing procedures as per the weekend schedule.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- No prior retail experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium boxes (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
