Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and order status in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Manage returns, exchanges, and complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Organize and maintain the sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively and inventory is up to date.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency during peak weekend hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management of potential shortages or overstock situations.
- Uphold company standards for cleanliness, safety, and brand representation at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive, customer-centric attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
