Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers, answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist with product stocking, display organization, and store cleanliness to maintain a premium shopping experience.
- Handle transactions accurately at the point of sale, including cash handling and digital payments.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the management team immediately.
- Ensure all safety protocols and brand standards are met during every shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; no prior experience necessary.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the New York City location.
