Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and checkout processes.
- Process returns, exchanges, and merchandise transactions accurately.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Perform basic inventory checks and restock merchandise as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn POS systems quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
