Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide personalized assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently, processing payments accurately and handling returns or exchanges.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in accordance with brand standards.
- Stock shelves and display merchandise, ensuring product availability and freshness.
- Communicate customer feedback and product needs to the Store Manager to help drive sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to execute promotional events and seasonal displays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
