Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure accurate product information is provided to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient daily operations.

- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company database.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
