Responsibilities
- Greet and Engage: Welcome customers warmly as they enter the store, providing friendly assistance and answering questions to enhance their shopping experience.
- Transaction Management: Accurately process sales transactions using point-of-sale systems, ensuring all pricing and promotions are applied correctly.
- Stock and Display: Organize merchandise on shelves, ensuring products are displayed attractively and inventory levels are maintained.
- Customer Support: Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and professionalism, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout areas clean, organized, and safe for all shoppers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain a cohesive work atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
