Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge in fast-paced retail environments
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store cleanliness and safety protocols
- Adapt to flexible scheduling across multiple DC locations
- Complete end-of-day reconciliation and reporting procedures
Qualifications
- Must be available for both Saturday and Sunday shifts (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with digital payment systems
- Reliable transportation across DC metropolitan area
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

- Must pass background check and provide required documentation
