Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend traffic.
- Follow all company policies and safety guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices.
- Reliable transportation is required.
