Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves to ensure the store is well-merchandised throughout the weekend.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all visitors and staff.
- Collaborate with the sales team to resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of weekend promotional displays and events.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Must have reliable availability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse customer groups.
- Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and credit transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes.
- Reliable transportation to the Charlotte location.
